DIY - washable pad & pocket

For this third handmade gift, I wanted to explore little things of our home, that could be brought back to washable items. And here came those little cotton/bamboo pads, useful to clean faces, to remove make-up or what ever on your skin.
First I sewed the little pads, in a drop shape - size 3.5 inches wide and 4.3 inches length. The fabric I used is an organic bamboo jersey (used on the curly side, such a soft sensation when applied on the skin) and flowery fabric (coming from India found at MG atelier, others vintage, and others coming from AnnaKabazaar). In these shortest days of the year, I wanted something to give light.

For the little pouch, it is a very simple realization: some explanations here for the beginners:
- cut 2 pieces of fabric (a light cotton and a thicker one - I used hemp/coton fabric found here- in order to give a good shape to the bag) 13 x 6.7 inches,
- sew together those two fabrics (right side in) and let about 2 inches non sewed (in the middle of the length), then turn the fabric on the right side.

- Fold the fabric in 3 non equal parts. Sew both sides of the pouch, the closest you can from the side (including the zone that remained open for turning inside out),
- Sew two buttons, one up, one down.
- Set a colored thread to the bottom button, and wrap it with the upper button to close the pouch.
