yummy gluten-free

I may arrive a bit after everybody for this (quite) new place in Paris, but I live very far from Paris and I do not go there so often. That's just a very good bakery gluten-free, based on rice flour. Here I am back to my Pyrenees, after a week in Paris, and in my suitcases, 2 big breads. Not only beautiful, they are delicious. And could I tell you about their focaccia or apple pies... such a surprise without wheat...
It's a friend of mine from high school who is the owner of this place, and his work is already appreciated by many people... just look here, here or here!
