fingers

As I looked at her sister and her brother at the same age, I can't stop looking at her when she tries to tame her fingers, as she has been, calm and determined, since she was born. She had then so long and thin fingers, that was a big surprise for us, I have such tiny ones and her father so big ones. But every one is unique...but repeats the same learnings as others. I look at her, 4 months old now and she masters   thumb dynamics, for sleeping, quietly flat on her belly, smiling as she wakes up later.
Her little blouse is sewed in an old Louise's tunic that she was wearing when she was 6. I was fond of this fabric and I kept it in my "transformation" basket.
